Each listed price covers three line items in one number: the surgeon's professional fee, anesthesiology, and the facility fee. No separate facility bill, no separate anesthesia bill.
Implants (provided at cost, disclosed before surgery), pre-operative diagnostic imaging like MRI or X-ray, post-operative physical therapy, and any consults with outside specialists. These are billed separately and explained in advance.
Travel costs (hotel and ground transportation) are also separate — but for out-of-town patients we'll help you find a good rate at a nearby hotel and coordinate transfers between the hotel and the surgery center.
The $250 covers a virtual or in-person consultation with one of our shoulder surgeons. We review your imaging, confirm whether you're a surgical candidate, and provide your all-inclusive quote in writing. If surgery isn't indicated, the $250 is all you pay.
